Supergirl #18
When I try to sort out how all the plot elements are supposed to fit together, things get impossibly confusing.
So let me just say that Supergirl has been put to the test, and she passed.

Yep, this Monitor MUST know she's "the one TRUE Supergirl", since there are now HUNDREDS of them roaming around the DCU with OTHER perspectives.
My guess is that this Monitor is likely nicknamed, "Dan", which would then fit in with the rest of the meta-texting tantrum Kelly managed this issue, before he unceremoniously gets kicked off of the book. :)

This book has definitely suffered under the One Year Later editorial decision: it's been meandering to and fro for nearly a year.
